Once you place your order, our cheese wheels are in motion! We take into account your event, your vision, and preferences. From there we begin visiting local farmers markets and gathering the very best and fresh ingredients for your signature board.

We source our fine cheese and antipasto from the best suppliers and only use quality items that we can stand by. 

Once we have gathered all your fine ingredients to decorate your board, we get to work crafting a work of edible art. Meticulously slicing artisan cheese to perfection, crafting delicate salami roses and rivers, roasting vibrant citrus and spiced nuts, and whipping up our creamy dips… we are now ready to decorate your charcuterie board!

We intentionally place each ingredient on your signature board, like a oil canvas, melding flavors and colors.
